Do I have to pay for software updates?
No! Sales Igniter is in the cloud, so when we make updates, add new features or templates, they show up in your account automatically at no extra cost!
Do I have to install anything?
No! Sales Igniter is an online platform, simply login and start building pages.
Is there a minimum contract?
There is no minimum contract, you can use Sales Igniter month to month, and cancel at any time. If you choose to renew annually, then we offer a 20% discount.
Can I host the Sales Igniter pages myself?
Pages built in Sales Igniter cannot be hosted elsewhere, but why would you want that unecessary additional cost? Our platform is powered by the Google Cloud Platform to deliver the highest level of reliability and speed.
Can I use my existing website?
Sales Igniter forms, funnels, webchat, messaging, and call tracking, all work seamlessly with third-party websites. We even have a plugin for WordPress to make it even easier.
Please note that our page builder feature cannot be used to edit pages on existing websites.
