What is a contact?

A contact is a single prospect/person in your CRM account. Sales Igniter enables you to store information about your contacts including phone number, email, address, conversations, payments, appointments, and notes. Most of our competitors charge you based on number of contacts you have which adds up quickly, whereas Sales Igniter includes UNLIMITED contacts on every plan.

What counts as a user?

Users are you and your staff members that have access the Sales Igniter software via their own username and password. We think that it is a rip-off that our competitors charge for per user which has minimal impact on the system running cost, so every Sales Igniter plan includes unlimited users.
Billing

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. Just remember request cancellation at least 10 days prior to the next invoice date.

Are there card processing fees for my customer payments via Sales Igniter?

Sales Igniter integrates into Stripe, PayPal, and Authorize.net. These third party platforms have card processing fees starting from 1.5%

Is there any taxes added to the subscription fee?

Yes, we are a UK VAT registered business so our services are subject to VAT at 20%. Prices quoted on this website are exclusive of VAT. If your business is located outside of the UK get in touch, we can in some cases zero rate your subscription.

Do you offer any discounts for charities?
